This sashlock is 72mm centres and is typically used in conjunction with lever on rose applications, mainly in architectural environments and/or where the advice of Document M, BS8300 and the DDA have to be met.

Latchbolt operated from either side by lever handle or by cylinder. Deadbolt operated by cylinder from either side. When locked lever handle withdraws both latchbolt and deadbolt simultaneously from inside only.

Requires a split spindle.
