Adjustable power 2-5 door closer with backcheck and delayed action.

This closer is sold as a "body only", please add the finishing kit required from the options below.

All the "effect" finishing kits consist of a plated cover, a matching plated arm and a matching plated parallel board (for fig 66 fitting).

The Satin Stainless Steel finishing kit all the three parts are solid, grade 304, satin stainless steel.

The Silver kit does not have a cover and comes simply with a silver arm that matches the closer and a silver parallel board for fig.66 fitting.

For medium to high traffic areas. Will weet the requirements of the DDA and all equality legislation.

2-5 power - fully adjustable.

Adjustable backcheck - to protect adjacent surfaces in lieu of a doorstop.

Adjustable delayed action - delays the closing action if necessary, should be set to a maximum of 25 seconds on fire doors.

Adjustable latching and closing speeds.
